It's been an averageish day

My friend arrived to stay for a week … she’s not motivated to go to the gym like me. I don’t know how I’m going to cope.

Breakfast: Oats & Seeds with water - 350

Snack:  1/2 sandwich w PB & Spinach. 1/2 Banana - 233

Lunch: Protein drink w Rice milk - 253

Snack:  1/2 sandwich w PB & Spinach. 1/2 Banana - 233

Dinner: Falafel Salad - 351

Snack: Chocolate cookie & Corn chips - 176

1 Hour spin class - 410
1 Hour lunges, squats & abs - 177

It's fucking embarrassing how much I ate today!~

This is me attempting to meet my calorie intake for the day…


Breakfast:
Muesli w water - 192
Coffee w a little trim milk - 45

Snack:
Protein shake w rice milk - 243

Lunch:
Sandwich w PB  & Spinach - 244
Mandarin - 47

Snack:
Dried chickpeas - 60
Mandarin -  47
Apple - 77 

Dinner #1:
Carrot, Beetroot & Ginger Juice - 131
Sandwich w PB  & Spinach - 244
Mandarin - 47 

Dinner #2:
Baby Spinach salad with tomato, mushroom, chicken, feta - 500

Dessert:
Frozen banana ice - 160

1 Hour weights : 275

Some one please tell me how the fuck I am meant to lose weight eating this much???

:) A happy 600 cals burned. 
Now to go and paint my room… I’m pretty sure that will burn some more.

Also, today is SUNNY!

I will eat clean all week and feel AMAZING at the end of it

Today I feel like I did ... okayish

… I did stay within my limit…

BREAKFAST
1 Toast w Peanut Butter & Chilli Pepper
1 Toast w Marmite & Avocado = 370

LUNCH
Egg white omelette, black coffee
Banana Ice = 384

DINNER
Chicken Pot pie = 155

SNACKS
Banana Ice
Toast w Peanut Butter & Chilli Pepper =  309

TOTAL = 1217 - 3 Hours mopping & vaccuuming (355) = NET 852

I know it seems a little cheeky using cleaning as negative calories, but i purposely did it as my exercise today. I had my ipod in and I was dancing like a crazy. I purposely did silly stuff while I was doing it like lunges etc. I did the internet research and i’m pretty sure it counts :)
