My friend arrived to stay for a week … she’s not motivated to go to the gym like me. I don’t know how I’m going to cope.

Now to go and paint my room… I’m pretty sure that will burn some more.

I know it seems a little cheeky using cleaning as negative calories, but i purposely did it as my exercise today. I had my ipod in and I was dancing like a crazy. I purposely did silly stuff while I was doing it like lunges etc. I did the internet research and i’m pretty sure it counts :)
and now I want to go work out … lol
