my I-Hate-Everyone-And-Everything days are going from about once a week to 3-4 days a week.
Can’t tell if depressed and cynical or surrounded by assholes.
I’m going to go with “surrounded by assholes” because you’re cool. and it would make me sad if cool people like you were depressed… When I feel like I’m having more average days than good ones I get my cheese on and start journalling things that i’m grateful for, things that I love, the small things that were good in my day… starts me back on the track to positive living :) just a suggestion … doesn’t get rid of the assholes but it takes you high enough not to the notice the shit they leak ;)
