Gonna give this a shot…
A lot of the people I follow post their daily intake… I’m going to try this for a little while to see if it helps curb my over eating… Please feel free to comment

Normally wouldn’t have a breakfast like this, however we didn’t have eggs or gluten free bread in the house. I could only find gluten free cereal that I didn’t like, thus the yoghurt and banana

This was actually the makings of a smoothie. I didn’t get around to thinking about lunch till 3pm so I didn’t bother with anything big as dinner wasn’t far away.

Chicken meat balls with rice spaghetti and pasta sauce. Seriously delicious. I’m certain I ate more than I should. I also just realized I forgot to include the side salad which would have been 100cals tops.

I ate the scorched almonds because i was hungry come 7pm. I should have really make something a little more substantial or just grabbed a piece of fruit, but they were right there because everyone else was eating them. At least they were dark chocolate … right haha? fail.
And lemonade? I DON’T EVEN LIKE SODA!!!!! It was such a hot day and the tap water was really warm. I need to start keeping water in the fridge.

Spent a couple hours out in the garden doing quite laborious work, so yes, myfitnesspal and I will call that a workout ;)
